Today I’m pulling out my old 2015 training logs to compare how I trained during my competitive powerlifting years to how I train now in my early 40s. The goals have shifted. It’s no longer about chasing a one-rep max or winning trophies; it’s about longevity, functional strength, and ensuring my body stays capable for years to come.
