In part II I discuss how to progress from a basic routine into a basic strength progression. Gains in this phase are super quick, so get ready for radical changes to your strength, size, and body composition!



Part III: Intermediate Progression


Are you stuck in your routine? Frustrated that you've exhausted your beginner gains? In this video I explore some strategies to break that plateau and get you back on track again.
